Adhesive Cleaner Remover |
PBSafe Adhesive Cleaner Remover is an environmentally
safe and biodegradable cleaner which will cut through and remove adhesive
products. This product is 100% organic, made from soybean oil base
and does not contain any petroleum, chlorinated solvents, terpenes
or citrus oil. It is totally non-flammable with no ozone depleting
substances.
PBSafe Adhesive Cleaner Remover can also be used as a degreaser in
a variety of industrial machineries, equipment parts and accessories.
It has many uses in household and construction industries for cleaning
up gears and tools. It removes the most stubborn soil, dries residue
free and leaves no oily film. There is no need to rinse with water
after application, just wipe thoroughly with clean cloth or fabric

Premier PB2007 (also StarStuk W2007) is designed to be applied to the two surfaces about to be joined. Apply an even coating of adhesive to cover the surfaces. Allow to dry completely and become tacky. Typical dry times are 15-30 minutes, which can be speeded up with hot air, infrared or forced air heaters. Dry completely before bonding parts together. For porous surfaces and crucial areas such as edgebanding, applying a second coat after the first has become tacky is recommended. Place the coated surfaces together and apply a uniform pressure for strongest bonding. Full adhesive strength will be reached in 24 hours. Adhesives and substrates should be at 60 ° F or higher for best results. Insure that surfaces are dry and free from dirt, grease, oils and any other solvents. |
