StarStuk W2007 is designed to be applied
to the two surfaces about to be joined. Spray an even coating of adhesive
to cover the surfaces. Allow to dry completely and become tacky. Typical
dry times are 15-30 minutes, which can be speeded up with hot air,
infrared or forced air heaters. Dry completely before bonding parts
together. For porous surfaces and crucial areas such as edgebanding,
applying a second coat after the first has become tacky is recommended.
Place the coated surfaces together and apply a uniform pressure for
strongest bonding. Full adhesive strength will be reached in 24 hours.
Adhesives and substrates should be at 60 ° F or higher for best
results. Insure that surfaces are dry and free from dirt, grease,
oils and any other solvents. |
